Before forming &Minds Partners, Elizabeth spent almost 30 years working in a range of capacities from manufacturing plant manager to financial analyst to corporate strategy and development leader for Fortune 2000 companies.
Over the years, she has led teams and initiatives that delivered tangible, sustained results for global corporations in corporate strategy and portfolio management, including managing the full M&A process, from overall strategy to sourcing, due diligence, deal structure and execution. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked in corporate finance for a middle-market investment bank.
